In 2012, SEREPT undertook a safety culture evaluation mission in order to raise to the level of the international Oil and Gas sector standards the level of its safety performances recorded so far.
The results of this survey mission, confirmed the need to promote safety culture at all levels of the organization.
Safety Culture amelioration is considered as one of SEREPT’s development strategic aspects.
The thirteen amelioration axes judged priority ones have been adopted as follows :
