The production team is responsible for the technology and surface thoroughly to ensure the support of the production and development of the ASHTART field.
This team is responsible for the achievement of planned production at the lowest cost compared to HSSE standards SEREPT :

• Conduct and lead reservoir & wells engineering and production engineering analysis of the ASHTART Field,
•  Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule,
•  Manages and oversees all production operations and personnel,
•  Manage the annual budget preparation process to ensure that accurate work program and cost estimates are provided,
•  Provide inputs to the management of change processes,
•  Direct and monitor preparation of regular reports according to SEREPT procedures and transmit  feedback to other departments,
•  Ensure that team is up to date with required training,
•  Implement the HSSE MS for all production activities,
•  Communicate objectives, achievements & potential shortcomings regularly,
•  In charge of interfaces coordination between all operations technical directions & Projects Direction.
