Artificial lift methods in the ASHTART Wells

The ASHTART reservoir is already depleted, therefore artificial lifting was required.

Serept uses only two techniques to lift its wells:

• 40 wells by Gas lift
• 02 wells using ESP pumps, it was installed for the first time in 2005.

In addition to the above methods, Serept drilled six (06) injector wells to maintain reservoir pressure.
