The mission of SEREPT is the research, the development and the exploitation of oil and gas, for its own account or on behalf of third parties.

Our vision

It’s SEREPT’s duty to become a world-class company in the Oil & Gas industry and to remain a reference in Tunisia.

Our strategy

The improvement of safety culture is a strategic element in SEREPT’s development.

Thus, health and safety, environmental protection and ethics are fundamental values.

Through the Safety Culture Project, we aim to reach the « INTERDEPENDENCE » mode where “zero accident” is a choice. Safety has to be considered as a value shared in all the company organization.

Our HSE objectives

• Improvement of safety culture maturity level from the « DEPENDENCE » mode to the «INDEPENDENCE » mode within three years (2013-2015) ;
• Reaching level 3 of the Safety competency scale ;
• Reinforcing mastery of industrial risks to avoid major events through competency development and process technical integrity management (Process Safety Management).
