Process engineering

The Process Engineering Team has a long experience in the following activities :

• Provide technical support to the ASHTART Site team
• Assess & analyze operating parameters in different field installations
• Develop and perform studies to improve production and improve the reliability of treatment process (oil, gas, water, utilities,…)
• Perform technical specification & TDS for new equipment purchase, coordinate & discuss some multidisciplinary field issues & contribute in developing relevant solutions
• Replenishment
• Tenders documents technical evaluation
• Material and equipment technical reception
• Review & comment technical documentation from TPF engineering and commissioning team: technical reports, work pack dossier, isometrics, commissioning procedures, de-commissioning procedures, tie-ins installation procedures, leak test procedures, P&IDs, calculation notes, line lists, tie-in lists, C&E matrix…
• Review and comment documents from Start-up team documents (Gas-in procedures)
• Assist in HAZOP, SIL, HAZID review sessions and SIMPOS sessions,
• Follow up & closure of HAZOP actions linked to TOA-P,
• Shut down coordination and preparation of SD philosophy,
• Participate on Incident/accident analysis/investigation meetings,
• The Follow up of closure of correctives actions related to TOA-P activities,
• Update operating procedures and prepare job pack documentation to the offshore team,
• Support production, quality control and operations to meet production schedules, quality and cost objectives.
