Health Safety Environment and Quality May 24th, 2012 Workshop

As part of strengthening HSEQ leadership within SEREPT, the General Management organized at the training center on Thursday May 24th, 2012, a workshop about the root causes of incidents/accidents at SEREPT and areas for improvement that will prevent the recurrence of such events in the future.

The Deputy General Manager of SEREPT, Mr. André BOURRET conducted the workshop with the presence of about 50 persons. Among them, representatives of our shareholders OMV and ETAP, the General Management of the sister company “TPS” and the main responsible of the contracting companies such as CTF, Schlumberger, Rosetti and most of company’ line Managers.

During this workshop, Mr. André BOURRET stressed out the requirement for a strong HSEQ commitment and visibility from SEREPT Managers and leaders, to reinforce discipline and to stop complacency when performing tasks.

In addition, the emphasis was put on the importance of good work preparation, open communication, good reporting, transparency and teamwork.

This workshop was followed by an excellent barbecue organized at the honor of all guests.

The pleasant atmosphere has also contributed to the success of this meeting.
