SEREPT as a general contractor:
• SEREPT operates exploration and production fields and assets for a number of separate joint ventures. We are jointly owned by OMV (Tunesien) Production GmbH and ETAP who each hold a 50% stake in SEREPT.
• SEREPT is actively involved in exploration, appraisal, development and production activities and benefits from having direct access to their shareholder's global expertise. 
• We employ over 380 local and expatriate personnel at our office, production station, drilling and development sites in roles as diverse as our people. Enabler Processes provide essential support to the Management and Core Processes and include HSEQ, Human Resources, Communication, Audit, Document and Information Management and Technology Development.
