SEREPT HSEQ Management System is a systematic and planned top management driven activity that aims at controlling the Health, the Safety and Security hazards and Protecting the Environment.

SEREPT has adopted this integrated approach to ensure that we achieve regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in performance. This is the Quality side of the Management System.

By implementing the HSEQ Management System, SEREPT is committed to provide the appropriate technology, tools and training to support the knowledge and experience of each person involved with SEREPT activities. Finally, by promoting industry best practices, SEREPT is aiming to achieve its HSEQ vision:

“HSEQ will be a natural and integrated part of SEREPT business. We will eliminate all injuries, occupational illnesses, unsafe practices and environmental incidents from our activities”.

Management will provide visible and active leadership in developing and maintaining a supportive culture of HSEQ matters

The organisation and responsabilities for the management of HSEQ will be definded and documented

All people will be selected, trained and developed to carry out their duties competently

Hazards from the workplace will be identified, the risks assessed and appropriate controls implemented.

Facilities will be engineered to meet Company codes of practice and specifications, operational requirements and statutory regulations.

Organisational arrangements, facilities and training will be provided to control emergencies and crisis situations.

Information will be controlled to ensure it is accurate, relevant and readily available to ensure safe working and minimise undesirable environmental effects

An independent audit and review will be established to assess the effectiveness of HSEQ management and identify areas for improvement.
