SEREPT HEALTH, SECURIITY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY

SEREPT is committed to the principles of sustainable development and continuous improvement in health, safety, security and environment protection.

In our operations, risks to personnel, assets, contractors, the community and the environment are identified, assessed and managed in accordance with industry best practice and relevant regulations.

We are continuously monitoring, assessing and improving our services, technology and procedures to deliver quality and innovation at every stage of the exploration, development, production, storage and transport processes.

To implement this policy, we will:

• Consider HSEQ as a fundamental value, a key improvement factor, a motivating force and an indicator of both quality and efficiency.
• Adhere to total quality management through continuous improvement concept.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations and standards.
• Communicate this policy and its associated HSEQ policy elements and objectives to all employees and contractors to ensure it is well understood and adhered to.
• Actively participate in the promotion of health, safety, security, protection of the environment and recognize the best performers.
• Identify, assess and manage the risks and non-conformities associated to our activities and their potential impacts.
• Continuously reinforce the awareness on occupational health, safety, security and associated responsibilities, pollution prevention and waste management among our personnel, and make training available to enable them to work with competence in a healthy, safe and environmentally sound manner.
• Provide systems to ensure that all incidents including property damage, near misses, concerns and complaints are reported, adequately investigated and steps are taken to prevent recurrence.
• Establish health, safety, security, environmental and quality objectives, targets and plans and ensure that they are given equal priority as all other operational or commercial objectives and goals.
• Monitor, assess and communicate Company’s and Contractor’s HSEQ performance and successes.
• Consult with all stakeholders, both internal and external on health, safety, security, environment protection and quality matters and make this policy available to all.
• Seek opportunities to engage with the community building positive relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
• Conduct management reviews, audits and inspections to ensure that this policy and associated management systems and programs are adequately implemented, maintained and continuously improved .
