Being active in a very dynamic sector with high technological components, SEREPT has always focused on saving, maintaining and updating its knowledge capital (the technical and managerial skills of its staff). Every year, a training plan covering all types of needs is prepared with the contribution of the company’s various entities.
► Business training actions mainly focus on the following domains:
• Exploration, • Exploitation (Conducting production installations, Process, Mechanics, CMR power... etc. • Support management and activities (Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Information systems...).
► Aiming at the protection of its human and material capital, SEREPT offers:
• A consistent in-service training program in Security, Health and Environment targeting the entire staff, • An annual HSEQ sensitizing session, not only for SEREPT personnel but also for the staff of contracting companies, • An HSEQ initiation program designed to all new hired staff, • A training on tools to improve Total Quality designed to the entire staff.
SEREPT offers the possibility to other companies working in the same business to have their staff attend some co-held training sessions within the company. The execution of these actions is assigned to renown local and international companies, known for their seriousness and high professional expertise; recourse to SEREPT’s internal resources is also highly motivated. SEREPT is also open on the external environment. This is reflected by the considerable number of internship programs offered every year to university students representing all various universities throughout the country (workers, technicians, End of Study internships).
